Our services include, but are not limited to, UI/UX design, CMS and platform management, digital marketing, test content creation, YouTube management, studio setup consultation, and app & web development. By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or overload our website, systems, or services.

2. Project Scope & Changes

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are generally agreed upon before starting work. Any additional feature requests, major revisions, or changes in scope may affect cost and delivery dates, and will be discussed and mutually agreed upon.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payment terms (advance, milestones, or full payment) are communicated and agreed before project start.
• In most cases, advance payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Refunds, if any, are at the discretion of TeachCraft Media and considered only in exceptional cases.
• No refunds are provided for completed services or delivered digital work.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate content, information, and access (such as CMS logins, YouTube accounts, etc.).
• Ensuring that any content you provide does not violate copyright, trademarks, or third-party rights.
• Responding to queries, approvals, and feedback in a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by missing, incomplete, or incorrect client-provided information.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Upon full payment, final deliverables (such as designs, websites, creatives, and content) become the client’s property.
• Internal working files, source files, tools, scripts, and processes used to create the final deliverables may remain the property of TeachCraft Media.
• Clients are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our work beyond agreed usage.

6. Third-Party Services & Platforms

Our work may involve use of third-party tools and platforms (such as hosting providers, YouTube, CMS platforms, analytics tools, or marketing platforms). We are not responsible for:

• Downtime, technical issues, or policy changes by these third-party platforms.
• Account suspension or restrictions caused by client actions or violation of third-party policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeachCraft Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or project in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are not made as agreed.
• There is misuse of our services or violation of these terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected.

Clients may also request termination of a project, subject to settlement of payments for work already completed.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
